It is our intent to reward the deserving, and lest we be foresworn, let it be known by all that We, Arch and Runa, King and Queen of these Middle Lands, having observed the many good works of Glortathar of Elamon, do recognize the exemplary service that he hath freely given unto the Middle Kingdom, specifically divers labors at events and the provision of musical fanfare.
