<blockquote><p>Let it be known to all that we, Edward and Milesent, Third Baron and Baroness of the Cleftlands have witnessed the considerable and tireless works of Denis de Wahulle, whose ever-willing hands have assured the ease and comfort of many and we hereby enter him into our noble Order of Saint Clairiel that all may know our esteem of him. Done this 14th day of December, Anno Societatis XLVI.</p></blockquote>
<p>Illumination inspired by<a title="The Lovell Lectionary, f. 13" href="http://molcat1.bl.uk/illcat/ILLUMIN.ASP?Size=mid&amp;IllID=16528" target="_blank"> f. 13 of the <em>Lovell Lectionary</em>,</a> with the unicorn based on <a title="The Annunciation" href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/28433765@N07/4252314134/in/photostream/" target="_blank">The Annunciation</a> and inhabited initial taken from <a title="The Queen Mary Psalter" href="http://molcat1.bl.uk/illcat/record.asp?MSID=6467&amp;CollID=16&amp;NStart=20207" target="_blank">The Queen Mary Psalter</a>, <a title="January - A Feast" href="http://molcat1.bl.uk/illcat/ILLUMIN.ASP?Size=mid&amp;IllID=52168" target="_blank">f. 71v</a>.  The unicorn and dragonflies are elements of the recipient&#8217;s personal device and badge.</p>

<blockquote><p>It is only fitting that We, Eikbrandr and Runa, King and Queen of the Middle Kingdom, would honor Diccon de Reinport who has distinguished himself in service to the Archer Corps of the Midrealm spanning over fifteen years, two Baronies, and several Shires.</p>
<p>We are minded to create him a Companion of the Order of the Dragon’s Barb and thus bestow upon him all rights and responsibilities attendant upon this rank and the bear the badge: Fieldless, a dragon’s tail palewise, barb to chief, within and issuant from [an] annulet vert scaly argent, without let or hindrance.</p>
<p>Confirmed by Our hands and seal this twenty-ninth day of October, A.S. XLVI at Red Dragon in Our Marche of Tirnewydd.</p></blockquote>

We bestow unto him all rights and responsibilities associated with this Order and the right to bear the badge: Fieldless, a demi dragon rampant argent. Done by Our hands this twenty-fourth day of September, A.S. XLVI in our Barony of Red Spears.</p></blockquote>

We do here publicly commend him and bestow unto him the Award of the Purple Fret. We confirm unto him all rights and responsibilities attendant upon this rank and the right to bear the badge Or, a fret purpure without let or hindrance from any person. Done this 11th day of June, AS XLVI at the Northern Oaken War Maneuvers in our Shire of Falcons Quarry, in testimony whereof we have set our hands and seal.</p></blockquote>
