The text reads:
Let it be known to all that we, Edward and Milesent, Third Baron and Baroness of the Cleftlands have witnessed the considerable and tireless works of Denis de Wahulle, whose ever-willing hands have assured the ease and comfort of many and we hereby enter him into our noble Order of Saint Clairiel that all may know our esteem of him. Done this 14th day of December, Anno Societatis XLVI.
